The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our team at Mattel. As an Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and troubleshooting analog and digital electronic circuits. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electronic circuits and systems for our products
  • Collaborate with designers, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful product development
  • Test and troubleshoot electronic circuits and systems to ensure quality and reliability
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in electronics design and development
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronic circuits and systems
  • Experience with PCB design and layout
  • Proficiency in schematic creation and debugging
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS in Electronic Engineering or related field
  • Experience with firmware development for embedded systems
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems and electromechanical systems
