We are seeking a skilled Culinary Associate to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
- Food Service: Serve meals or prepare for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature, and is attractive and tasty.
- Cleanliness: Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and storing or discarding excess food in accordance with safe food-handling procedures.
- Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
- Record Keeping: Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
- Supply Management: Assist in the ordering and receiving of all food and supplies as required.
