Key Responsibilities

• Assess customer systems and processes to facilitate the installation of our solutions.

• Offer support for NRT Technology equipment and services through various communication channels.

• Engage with all levels of management and departments, both internally and externally.

• Conduct both on-site and remote training on technical and sales aspects of our products and services.

• Uphold NRT Technology's professional image and brand in all interactions with clients and partners.

• Willingness to travel extensively, up to 75%.

Qualifications and Skills

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or relevant work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in troubleshooting PC hardware, software, and networks.

• Proficient in Windows operating systems (PC and Server) and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong customer service abilities and a consistently professional demeanor.

• Above-average written and verbal communication skills, along with effective time management.

• Ability to work independently and communicate efficiently with all levels of staff.

• Experience in the gaming industry or with casino products is advantageous.

• Candidates with A+ and other recognized certifications will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

• The selected candidate may need to obtain licenses from Gaming Regulatory Commissions, with criminal and financial background checks conducted by the company, pending consent.
