Position Summary:

DiD Agency is seeking an Advertising Media Strategist who will conduct evaluations to identify the most effective advertising strategies and provide analytical and creative insights to enhance advertising content. This role involves aligning advertising data with the media consumption habits of target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead media strategy development for designated client teams, ensuring senior oversight when necessary.
  • Facilitate communication with clients and collaborate closely with account teams to remain engaged in the daily operations of the assigned brand.
  • Ensure accurate transmission of project details to the team, clearly defining tasks and delegating responsibilities to appropriate members; keep leadership informed of impending deadlines.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in creating strategic media plans; define the media strategic framework and guide team efforts on media tactic and message recommendations.
  • Mentor junior media team members, fostering their development by enhancing strategic thinking and aligning capabilities with brand objectives; ensure that planner recommendations meet and exceed campaign expectations.
  • Support media-related new business development initiatives.
  • Engage in and support corporate initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of current strategic media and analytics services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in media for the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in advertising, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in planning, strategy, and related communications.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare marketing sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple strategic projects across various client and internal teams.
  • Established track record as a cross-channel media planner.
