Lift Maintenance Technician

Sugarbush Resort is seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Technician to join our Mountain Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and reliability of our lifts by monitoring, maintaining, and repairing lift equipment in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on all lift equipment, including conveyors, high-speed detachable quads, and other related systems.
- Conduct pre-operational, mid-day, weekly, and monthly inspections to ensure lift equipment is in good working condition.
- Respond to lift breakdowns and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work on hydraulic systems, braking systems, rigging, gasoline and diesel engines up to 900 Hp, as well as low voltage safety circuits.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of mechanical or electrical experience.
- Detachable lift experience is a plus.
- Ability to work under timelines and pressure.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team.
- Adherence to all safety policies and procedures is a must.
- Ability to climb and work at substantial heights and in all kinds of weather.
- Ability to lift and carry loads up to 100 pounds.
- Valid driver's license necessary.
- Requires working on weekends and holidays.
