Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to specific guidelines outlined in standardized documentation and procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive assembly records in accordance with established documentation standards.
  • Prepare components for the assembly of prosthetic devices.
  • Execute the assembly of prosthetic components following prescribed procedures.
  • Conduct finishing and inspection of products in readiness for distribution.
  • Prepare sub-assemblies for subsequent manufacturing processes.
  • Inspect, repair, and rework prosthetic components as necessary.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  • Operate in a technically demanding setting with strict compliance to quality control protocols.
  • Utilize tools, computers, and power equipment, alongside manual tasks in a mechanical environment.
  • Assist the Quality department during investigations and root cause analyses.
  • Understand and follow manufacturing processes as detailed in written procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and spatial reasoning abilities, with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent manual dexterity for the precise handling of small components.
  • Proficient in maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on producing high-quality work.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Able to work independently while also taking direction when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to significant changes in production demands.
Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and working on a computer.
