Job Summary

We are seeking a Services Coordinator I to play a vital role in delivering and engaging partners to deliver educational, health and wellness, and asset-building programming for residents of MidPen properties. The successful candidate will provide access to and deliver programs such as after-school programs, summer programs, academic support, and financial stability training, while also leading outreach efforts and planning community events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver onsite programs and ensure implementation of programs at assigned locations to meet internal standards and objectives
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach and other marketing strategies to make residents aware of services offered
  • Prepare and submit all necessary program documentation as required by MidPen and external agencies
  • Assist in and/or provide crisis intervention in situations of low to moderate complexity and provide appropriate follow-up
  • Implement mandated reporting policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience and/or training in community development, social services, or related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience working in families, adults, and youth in a diverse population
  • English and Spanish written and verbal proficiency
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation and strong relationship-building skills
