Certified Nurse's Aide, CNA Hospice Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse's Aide, CNA Hospice to join our team at Hospice of Holland Inc. As a member of our interdisciplinary group, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our hospice patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and changing bed linen;
  • Assist with patient safety needs, including ambulation and exercises as assigned;
  • Assist with feeding, as needed, and take and record vital signs;
  • Assist with respite for caregivers when on-site, as needed;
  • Assist with range of motion and other simple procedures to maintain comfort.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED;
  • One year experience in hospice, long-term care, or home care;
  • Be a Certified Nurse's Aide (CNA) in the State of Michigan.

We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00-$23.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus. If you are passionate about providing compassionate care to patients and their families, we encourage you to apply. We will also pay for certification if you do not already have it.
