We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic and caring team at Elevate Care South Holland. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to residents or patients
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to residents or patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment
Qualifications:
  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Compassionate and patient-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
