Endoscopy Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Nurse Specialist to join our team at Good Samaritan Medical Center. As a key member of our Endoscopy Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist physicians and patients during endoscopic procedures, demonstrating expertise and knowledge in endoscopy.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of patients and physicians, ensuring a smooth and efficient procedure.
  • Stay up-to-date with new techniques and technologies, mentoring staff and promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Manage equipment and inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and in working order.
  • Coordinate cases and staff, working closely with management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in GI/Endoscopy, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse, State of Florida, with BSN preferred.
  • BLS/CPR certification and ACLS required.
