The selected candidate will engage in various customer service, marketing, promotional, and inventory management tasks related to parts sales, receiving, and distribution of parts and accessories, ensuring the effective and profitable operation of the parts department.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in accurately identifying required items through electronic parts catalogs and other resources. The role also involves merchandising, invoicing, and making necessary entries into the inventory control system in accordance with company protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties (not in order of priority):


Processing parts orders for customers, which may involve determining correct part numbers or items using computer systems, service bulletins, etc.

Ordering parts from manufacturers or external vendors by preparing purchase orders and necessary documentation. Handling return parts from customers, issuing appropriate credit memos, and restocking items.
Keeping customers updated on any backorder situations.
Pricing parts accurately.
Performing warehouse tasks, including pulling and stocking parts, as well as conducting inventory checks.

Exhibit strong organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Capable of managing priorities in high-pressure environments
Prior experience in counter sales and/or parts and service is essential
Proficient computer skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is necessary
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to multitask
Willingness to learn internal systems
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
