Part Time Concierge Opportunity

At Elegance Living, we are seeking a skilled and friendly Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents have a positive and enjoyable experience in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and team members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

2. Manage the entry area, greeting visitors, and directing them as necessary. Answer incoming calls, take messages, and forward packages for residents.

3. Assist with sales and marketing efforts, connecting callers to the appropriate team member, and facilitating tours of the community.

4. Process new resident documentation, maintain resident files, and ensure confidentiality.

5. Promote and encourage resident participation in community programming.

6. Communicate and follow company policies and procedures.
