This role is integral to supporting the Clinical Pharmacy Review (HCPR) team. The ideal candidate will quickly adapt to managing our Power BI Analytics platform, which includes overseeing projects aimed at standardizing dataflows and integrating them into various data models and reporting tools. Proficiency in Power BI is essential, with additional experience in Azure data management, Python programming, Power Apps, and Power Automate considered advantageous.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and conduct root cause analysis

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare, especially in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)

Compensation Overview

The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate of the starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, skills, experience, education, and certifications. The estimated pay range is $65,000 - $89,500 per year. This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and/or company performance.
