Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager for Controls Integration to join our team at MSW Machinery Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the controls integration space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the controls integration market, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of controls engineers, electrical technicians, and panel builders to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.
  • Sales and Revenue Management: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven track record of driving business growth and development in a similar role.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Siemens and Allen-Bradley controls systems, as well as experience with related technologies and solutions.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
