Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues to ensure repeat business and a strong reputation in the industry.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with the estimating department to review bids, scopes, and other pre-construction items to ensure accurate project pricing and delivery.
  • Manage and review change orders, claims, and other project-related documents to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement project-specific safety plans to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and other relevant parties.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in managing complex projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction methods, cost impact analysis, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and basic financial principles.
  • Experience with construction management software, such as Procore.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
