Project Manager

McGough Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all project aspects, including financials, scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Lead and mentor project management staff to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, design partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
  • Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Four-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, including self-perform capabilities.
  • Estimating and scheduling experience.
  • Demonstrated experience building strong partnerships and trust with external partners.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Thorough and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints.
  • Self-starter and motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite of tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scheduling experience.
Work Environment:

Office: Various jobsites and/or corporate/regional office.

Travel: Travel may be required.
