Senior Power Platform Developer

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team at Centeva. As a key member of our agile development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to our Federal Government clients using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing applications, reporting, and process automations using the Power Platform
  • Authoring and maintaining data structures using Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, or similar tools
  • Developing useful, time-saving applications utilizing Microsoft Power Apps
  • Developing and maintaining new or existing ad-hoc visualization modules using Power BI
  • Developing and maintaining new or existing data integration and transformation solutions
  • Supporting customers with data gathering, curation, organization, and processing
  • Collaborating with other team members to determine timeline, approach, and task breakdown

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Power Platform experience, including model-driven and canvas apps
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or a related technology field, or equivalent experience
  • Competencies in data warehouse principles
  • Experience working with and managing datasets
  • Experience working with an agile development team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple shifting priorities
  • Experience responding to customer-related inquiries and helpdesk support ticket escalation

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience developing or maintaining data integration and transformation solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse
  • Experience with other low-code/no-code solutions
  • Familiarity with robotic process automation
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or similar technology
  • Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar technology
  • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar technology
