About the Role: As an Environmental Operations Technician, you will play a crucial role in executing remediation processes at various sites across the continental United States. You will be equipped with specialized tools and training to ensure that our operations meet productivity, safety, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement assigned tasks in accordance with established operating procedures and quality controls.
- Achieve productivity goals while adhering to safety regulations.
- Provide training and demonstrate compliance with operational protocols and documentation standards.
- Maintain quality assurance throughout all operational aspects.
- Facilitate site visits by stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure that site facilities and equipment are properly maintained and suitable for ongoing operations.
- Perform administrative duties such as labor and productivity reporting, safety documentation, and quality audits.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, or a related discipline, along with 2 years of relevant field experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven ability to assess critical situations and make informed decisions in a field operations context.
- Experience in managing quality, cost, and scheduling constraints effectively.
- Strong collaborative skills, with a focus on achieving operational goals.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel to various operational sites across the continental United States.
- Must meet the criteria of a U.S. Person as defined by U.S. export control laws.
