Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Officer to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all hotel security and safety initiatives.
  • Conduct protective, preventative, and security-related enforcement activities while patrolling the hotel premises to ensure the safety and welfare of all guests, staff, and vendors.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with safety and security tools, equipment, and protocols.
  • Ability to de-escalate potentially challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules.
  • Proficient in using computers, surveillance, and communication systems.
  • Exceptional guest and employee relations abilities.
  • Proven track record of managing situations and confidential information with discretion, maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
  • Strong understanding of handling scenarios involving alcohol, illegal substances, and weapons.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate within a team environment.
  • Adherence to uniform, appearance, and attendance standards as outlined in The Setai Employee Handbook.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Security Officer in a luxury multi-unit property, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with high-profile and high-net-worth individuals is advantageous.

This is a full-time, non-management role.
