Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Permanent Senior Finance Specialist to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Senior Finance Specialist, your duties will encompass, but are not limited to:

1. Managing and overseeing all general ledger accounting functions.
2. Establishing and maintaining internal controls to ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
3. Conducting account reconciliations to guarantee precise reporting and ledger management.
4. Executing detailed financial accounting tasks, including monthly and annual financial closures, forecasting, and variance analysis.
5. Collaborating with various departments to enhance and streamline financial processes.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of accounting software systems to boost efficiency.
7. Providing mentorship and support to junior accounting personnel, as necessary.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and current accounting standards.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Senior Finance Specialist role should meet the following criteria:

1. At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a senior capacity.
2. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. CPA certification is preferred.
3. Proven expertise in general ledger accounting, internal controls, and account reconciliation.
4. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.
5. Experience in SaaS or Fintech is highly desirable but not mandatory.
6. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency with various accounting software is essential.
8. Leadership experience is advantageous but not required.
