Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Merchandising to develop and execute a comprehensive merchandising strategy that drives profitable sales and market share across all product categories. As a visionary leader, you will ensure our product assortment meets and exceeds guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive merchandising strategy aligned with company vision, objectives, and financial goals.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and grocery retailer data to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Set and achieve financial goals, including sales targets, margin goals, and inventory efficiency.
