Job Summary:

Compu-Vision Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Imaging Clerk to support the Member Records team in all functional areas related to member records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Indexing information from various sources, including faxes, email, and mail, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilizing an imaging system to accurately index and identify forms, ensuring seamless data management.
  • Fulfilling daily requests for member records on microfiche and microfilm, and scanning records into the imaging system.
  • Maintaining the organization and integrity of microfiche/microfilm records, adhering to business procedure guidelines.
  • Scanning member documentation into the imaging system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Adhering to business procedure guidelines and handling time-sensitive material with confidentiality and urgency.
Requirements:
  • Ability to concentrate on details, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capacity to focus and multitask in a busy office environment, handling stressful situations with calm professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-departmental environment.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum high school degree or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a mailroom or professional environment.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office, computer storage systems, and duplicating/scanning equipment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly required to use both hands, frequently required to stand, sit, stoop, talk, and hear communicate verbally in person and via telephone, and be able to read computer screens, correspondence, and reports.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
