Caregiver Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Provide personalized support and care to individuals with complex needs
- Develop meaningful relationships with participants and their families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized plans
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and medication management
- Support participants in achieving their developmental goals, including budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
