We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Silver City Center in Silver City, NM. As a RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our patients and residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shift, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff to provide safe, 24/7 nursing care.
- Participate in staff mentorship, recruitment, new hire orientation, and recommend employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.
- Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care is preferred.
- One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
