We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at our 242-unit senior living community in Richardson. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and return resident calls, as well as email requests, in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Sell features and amenities to prospective residents, highlighting the benefits of our community.
- Show apartments, providing tours and answering questions to prospective residents.
- Secure leases, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience.
- Good leasing and closing skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and prospects.
- Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work every Saturday.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
