Leasing Consultant

Are you a sales and customer service professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Consultant at our 242-unit senior living community in Richardson. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for potential residents, making a difference in people's lives by helping them find their perfect apartment home. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors and residents, answering and returning resident calls and emails, completing guest cards and lease paperwork, selling features and amenities to prospective residents, showing apartments, and securing leases. In addition to your sales and customer service skills, you will need to be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to type 30 WPM. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of leasing consultant experience
• Good leasing and closing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to type 30 WPM and be organized
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs
• Valid driver's license
• Bilingual skills a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday - Saturday

Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm; Winter Hours: M-F 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
