Job Description:
At AtWork - Knoxville, we are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide support to our HR team. This is a short-term project role that will last through the duration of the project.

The ideal candidate will have strong calendar management skills and experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role. They should also have excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to organize files both digitally and physically.

The Temporary Administrative Assistant will perform various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents. They will also manage calendars and schedule appointments, act as a personal assistant to HR, scheduling meetings and handling correspondence. Additionally, they will utilize computer literacy skills to create and update spreadsheets, presentations, and reports. The salary for this role is $16.00-$18.00 per hour, with expected hours of 40 per week and an 8-hour shift. The work location is in person at our office.
