Position Overview:

This role is pivotal in ensuring the precision, integrity, and timeliness of financial documentation, analyses, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost analyses to optimize return on investment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting Manager and various departments to uphold corporate and divisional accounting policies.
  • Prepare and reconcile general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy across various accounts.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Provide management with financial insights to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of internal controls to ensure compliance with financial audits.
  • Oversee plant asset inventory controls, including coordination of physical inventories.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Address accounting inquiries by interpreting policies and regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as required.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting is mandatory.
  • Two to four years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx is advantageous.
