About the Role

SolSearch Energy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development of greenfield projects from origination through NTP.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Manage relationships with key business partners, including investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Oversee all project data, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Real Estate Negotiations: Lead negotiations with landowners and other stakeholders to secure project sites and agreements.
  • RFP Responses: Facilitate the preparation of RFP responses and collaborate with key business partners to ensure successful project execution.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company with customers, landowners, state and local officials, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or environmental science.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in energy project development, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Skills: Strong MS Excel skills, with the ability to effectively manage community engagement and negotiate with stakeholders.
