General Labor/Assembly Position

PrideStaff is currently seeking skilled individuals to fill General Labor/Assembly positions with our manufacturing client in a dynamic environment.

  • Job Summary: Assemble wheels and other components to paint units using air tools, a nut driver, screwdriver, hammer, etc.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Package and wrap finished units and prepare them for shipment using various packaging materials, a banding spool and crimper, and/or a heat shrink gun
    • Operate a manual pallet jack
    • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
    • Experience with hand/power tools
    • Basic reading, writing, and math skills required
    • Ability to use and read a tape measure accurately
    • Ability to read and understand simple parts drawings
    • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
    • MUST have steel-toe boots
    • Must be able to work OT and Saturdays as needed
  • Compensation: $17.00 per hour
