We're looking for a highly skilled Men's Fashion Buyer to join our team As a Sr. Buyer, you'll be responsible for executing product vision, selecting merchandise, and managing assortment planning to drive sales growth and commercial viability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify emerging trends and manage assortment planning to ensure a well-balanced store experience.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop key concepts, promotional strategies, and store assortments.
  • Successfully partner with private label programs and key branded vendors.
  • Ensure purchase decisions align with company strategies and drive results through strong merchandise execution.
  • Closely coordinate with vendors for timely product manufacturing and delivery.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years retail buying experience in specialty or department stores.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team member.
  • Thorough knowledge of retail math, including sales, gross margin, OTB calculations, and initial mark-up calculations.
  • Effective oral presentations and negotiation skills.
