Job Description: Talent One Services is hiring an experienced Director of Emergency Services Excellence to join our team. As a key leader, you will drive excellence in emergency medicine and align departmental operations with our organization's mission, vision, and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide both clinical and administrative leadership in the emergency department
  • Maintain accountability for the delivery of high-quality services, ensuring patient care meets organizational and professional standards
  • Supervise and evaluate the performance of emergency department personnel, promoting a culture of excellence and professional growth
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of nursing services with other healthcare disciplines
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and retention efforts to build a highly skilled and dedicated workforce

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field required; Associate Degree with equivalent competencies and active enrollment in a baccalaureate program considered
  • Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of clinical practice experience in emergency medicine, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Current RN license in Iowa or a compact state nursing license
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications to be obtained within 6 months of hire
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification to be obtained within one year of hire
