Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and other professionals to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build student communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills.
  • Implement student IEPs using ABA principles and other relevant interventions under the supervision of assigned BCBA, special education teachers, and therapists.
  • Maintain RBT supervision documents according to BACB standards.
  • Evaluate treatment efficacy and collaborate with BCBAs to adjust IEPs to maximize effectiveness.

Requirements
  • Registered Behavior Technician Certificate or 40-hour RBT course completed.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental delays.
  • Act 33 PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
  • Act 34 PA State Criminal History Clearance.
  • Act 114 FBI Clearance issued by the Department of Education.
  • Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training Certificate.
  • Act 168 from previous employers where you came into contact with children.
  • State license of practice and/or certification.
  • CPR/First Aid.
  • TB/Physical.
