About the Role

The Jacobson Group is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. As a key member of our insurance talent solutions group, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects via phone, email, or in-person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information, education, and assistance to clients regarding benefits, claims, and eligibility.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, internal staff, and external representatives to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and actions taken.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of government programs, medical terminology, and coding (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year customer service experience preferred.
