Job Overview

Coda Staffing is seeking a skilled Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team. As a key member of our tax services team, you will be responsible for preparing tax returns and providing tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review financial documents to prepare accurate tax returns and provide exceptional tax services
  • Develop and execute tax strategies by researching potential deductions and liabilities
  • Collaborate with team members to devise long-term tax plans and strategies
  • Interview clients to determine the best ways to address their tax needs
  • Stay up-to-date with major tax deadlines throughout the year
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in public accounting and/or tax planning and preparation
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Registration and/or licensure with applicable regional agencies
