HR Officer Job Description

Thunderbolt Inc is seeking a skilled HR Officer to support our operational HR processes and contribute to the development of HR policies and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and corporate policies
  • Prepare HR documents, including contracts and reference letters
  • Advise employees on HR processes and policies
  • Support personnel development activities
  • Manage HR reporting and administration
  • Liaise with employment agencies and manage the recruitment process
  • Manage compensation and benefits, tax and social security, and personnel data

Requirements:

  • Certification in Human Resources
  • Degree in business administration or a related field
