Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the cleaning of assigned facilities on a nightly or regular basis.
  • Train and assist new staff members.
  • Ensure new hires are instructed on alarm procedures and how to report any alarm issues in the nightly report.
  • Guide new employees on the timekeeping system and address any issues with the office.
  • Provide re-training and constructive feedback based on nightly reports.
  • Submit daily reports to the office by 1:00 PM for the previous day/night, detailing employee issues, supply shortages, and account problems.
  • Cross-train staff to ensure coverage across different buildings as needed.
  • Ensure that facilities are equipped with functioning tools and sufficient supplies; report any deficiencies to the office.
  • Uphold compliance with Office Pride policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that all employees wear the appropriate attire.
  • Enforce safety and security protocols at all times.
  • Promptly report any safety concerns.
  • Address customer complaints in coordination with the office.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, demonstrate reliability, and maintain a positive demeanor.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with minimal notice for changes.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with leadership, clients, and team members.
  • Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through education and work history.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Capable of remaining on feet throughout the shift, involving walking, bending, and other physical activities.
  • Must pass a criminal background check.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
