Associate Attorney

Edgewood Properties, a leading real estate development and property management company, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its team of in-house counsel.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in General Litigation, Land Use, and Real Estate Development Law, with a strong track record of handling Prerogative Writ, Plenary Zoning, and Affordable Housing litigation in trial and appellate courts.

Responsibilities will include researching, brief writing, and preparing pleadings and motions, as well as drafting developer, redeveloper, and settlement agreements.

The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent verbal and communication skills.
