Associate Attorney

Edgewood Properties, a leading real estate development and property management company, is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join its team of in-house counsel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in General Litigation, Land Use, and Real Estate Development Law.

• Handling Prerogative Writ, Plenary Zoning, and Affordable Housing litigation in trial and appellate courts
• Preparing pleadings and motions, and drafting various related documents
• Researching and brief writing

• 5+ years of experience in General Litigation, Land Use, and Real Estate Development Law
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
