Job Summary

Averhealth is seeking a Male Drug Screening Specialist to join our team in Worcester, MA. As a key member of our Patient Care Center, you will be responsible for performing observed urine collections from patients, ensuring the center remains clean and organized, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct observed urine collections from patients in a professional and respectful manner
  • Ensure the Patient Care Center remains clean and organized, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and achieve team goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, with the ability to lift up to 10 pounds
