About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Floor Care Technician to join our team at Lutheran SeniorLife. As a Floor Care Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in cleaning and maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
