Habilitation Specialist

As a Habilitation Technician, you'll play a vital role in providing one-on-one support and companionship to our clients in home and community settings.

• Care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, providing transportation and accompaniment on errands and appointments.
• Engage clients in their favorite hobbies and activities in the community, promoting socialization and enjoyment.
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation, to ensure clients' physical and emotional well-being.
• Transport and participate in community-based activities with clients, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

• One year of experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (paid training available for those without prior experience).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
