About the Role

As a Blood Collection Staff member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our blood donation centers. Your primary responsibility will be to collect blood donations from willing donors, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood donations from donors while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to donors, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure all blood donations are collected and processed in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are essential
  • A current, valid driver's license with good driving record is required
  • DOT certification may be required in some locations
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience
  • Prior leadership experience
