Job Description

INTEGRIS Health, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Registered Nurse - Float Pool to join our team in Yukon, OK.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional care to patients in various departments within our health system.

As an RN I-Flex, you will work in a float pool unit and fulfill short-term assignments in hospital units/departments, assuming responsibility for the management and delivery of patient care utilizing the nursing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop plans of care for patients
  • Implement and evaluate patient care interventions
  • Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
  • 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire
  • Current ACLS or NRP certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English
