Job Summary

INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley, Oklahoma's largest not-for-profit health system, is seeking a Registered Nurse - I-Flex Resource Pool to join our team in Yukon, OK.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a float pool unit, providing exceptional care to patients in various departments across the hospital. As an I-Flex RN, you will be responsible for managing and delivering patient care, utilizing the nursing process to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient care, including assessments, plan of care, and implementation of interventions.
  • Supervise and coordinate other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students.
  • Participate in on-call status during peak census periods.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
  • 2 years equivalent RN patient care experience within the past 3 years.
  • Current BLS certification upon hire, or completion within 30 days of hire.
  • Current ACLS or NRP certification or must obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
