Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing services to students with various medical needs, including but not limited to:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Ventilator support
  • G-tube feedings
  • Seizure monitoring with emergency medications
  • Personal hygiene assistance
  • Diabetes management

Potentially accompany the student on school transportation.


Qualifications:
  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the practicing state
  • Current Health Certificate as required by the facility
  • Updated PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Preferred: Minimum one year of experience as an LVN/LPN
