Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Iredell Memorial Hospital Incorporated.

Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse will administer nursing care to patients of all ages under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Administer nursing care to patients of all ages under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
  • Perform direct and indirect patient care duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the Registered Nurse.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure in North Carolina.
  • Certification in BLS is required upon hire.
  • Current NC driver's license, valid insurance coverage, and reliable transportation.
  • Successful completion of a hospital and unit-specific orientation which includes age and population specific skills for the area of practice in which the LPN will be working and addresses the growth and development needs for the patients for whom the LPN will be providing nursing care.
