Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations, determining the necessity for intervention.
  2. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider the patient's physical, social, and emotional needs.
  3. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with professional standards and departmental policies.
  4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective communication regarding treatment plans.

Qualifications:

Applicants must possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a valid state license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, and candidates should demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
