We provide turnkey systems featuring Finishing Systems, Pick & Place Robotics, Depalletizers, Palletizers, Labeling, Pallet & Slipsheet Handling, Case & Carton Handling, Conveyors, and Sortation Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, erect, and put together machines for customer orders
- Communicate effectively with other personnel on the same project
- Set up, adjust, and operate all assembly tools
- Measure and examine completed assemblies to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications
- Maintain accurate records of time worked daily
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment, including the use of appropriate safety gear
- Maintain and secure work tools
- Assist with service when required
- Unload raw materials and assist with loading and unloading of machinery
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Use precision measuring tools
- Comfortable working in a shop environment and using shop equipment correctly
- Five years of assembly experience
- Manual dexterity required for challenging and high-precision work
- Ability to question the quality of purchased and manufactured components and bring potential issues to the design engineers' attention
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to interface directly with the Autotec team
- Willing and able to travel to customer locations inside and outside the US
