Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the proposal development process, coordinating with internal teams to gather essential information and resources.
  • Evaluate Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to comprehend client needs, tailoring proposals to meet those specific requirements.
  • Establish and maintain proposal development timelines and schedules.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts to generate technical content and ensure adherence to RFP specifications.
  • Develop and implement a knowledge management system for storing, tracking, and reusing proposal-related materials.
  • Review and refine proposals for quality, consistency, and alignment with corporate branding and messaging.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Proposal Manager or in a comparable position.
  • Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for effective collaboration across teams.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in proposal development and management.
